Conflict resolution is the creation of a win/win result, and does not always mean that opposites disagree.
Many conflicts occur when people share the same personality style. In those situations they magnify their strengths to the degree that those gifts become liabilities. They find they “cannot see the forest for the trees”.

Is the difference between what we want to happen; what we believe should happen; and what actually does happen

1. Structural – Organizational

2. Interpersonal – People Issues

- Jealous
