Barbara A. Tallberg COLOR ME ON Corporation offers pleasant, interactive workshops and training that help identify personality styles. Prior to envisioning the creation of Color Me On, Barb was a top account executive at 3M, and, she has designed national training programs for distribution that have dramatically increased sales for over 200 organizations. Her background has included roles as a promotional consultant; training guru and out-of-the-box “thinker”. If you’ve ever seen a Post-it® Note on the front page of your newspaper – you’re looking at one of her more innovative concepts. Barbara provides coaching and facilitation to leadership teams. She uses color to identify core personality traits which, based on a scientific evolution of Carl Jung’s landmark work Psychological Types, reaffirms the ancient belief in fixed patterns of behavior. According to Jung, each of us is born with a particular basic personality and our goal is not to be like anyone else, but to become our “best self.” Her past experience in management, national sales and training positions within corporations as diverse as 3M, Microsoft, Nike, the USPS, Knight Ridder Newspapers and numerous small computer software firms make her ideally suited to morph into the culture of whatever company she is speaking to. She partners with clients who go after change to bring about more balance and productivity in their lives. Barbara has traveled extensively both in the U.S. and abroad. She enjoys getting “dirt under her nails” while pursuing her favorite outdoor activity – gardening, and can also be found on rainy days curled up with a good book.
